Designed to core out a precise circular disc of soft tissue over the planned implant or healing-abutment site, it removes the need for a scalpel incision, flap elevation, and sutures. The result is minimal trauma, reduced intra-operative bleeding, less post-operative pain and swelling, and faster soft-tissue healing for the patient. The kit offers five graduated cutting diameters — 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 mm — so the punch can be matched exactly to the implant platform or healing collar being placed. Each punch features a hollow, sharp cross-cut cutting tip for clean tissue coring and a latch-type shank that fits a standard contra-angle handpiece. Supplied in a durable stainless steel autoclavable cassette with silicone retention discs, the kit keeps every punch organised, protected, and ready for repeat sterilisation cycles.

Directions for Use

Preparation

• Select the punch diameter matching the implant platform or healing abutment
• Sterilise the punch and confirm implant position with a surgical guide or radiograph

Operation

• Mount the punch on a contra-angle handpiece at low RPM
• Centre over the implant site and rotate under light pressure to core the tissue
• Use copious saline irrigation throughout to prevent thermal damage
• Lift and remove the cored soft-tissue disc

Post-Use Care

• Clean and inspect each punch for cutting-edge sharpness
• Autoclave and return punches to the cassette for storage
