Refund & Returns Policy

At DentHaus(https://denthaus.in), we are committed to providing quality dental products to dental professionals, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, institutions, and individual customers. We carefully inspect and pack orders before dispatch.

Because many dental products are medical, clinical, sterile, hygiene-sensitive, or consumable items, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

We generally accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, manuals, seals, and documentation.

• The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

• You must provide the original order number, invoice, or other valid proof of purchase.

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products that have been used, opened, installed, altered, damaged, or contaminated may not be accepted for return.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Due to health, safety, hygiene, and product-storage requirements, the following products are generally non-returnable:

• Sterile products where the seal or packaging has been opened

• Products intended for single use

• Dental instruments that have been used or contaminated

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) once opened or used

• Dental and medical hygiene products

• Chemicals, liquids, disinfectants, and other hazardous materials

• Products requiring controlled storage or temperature conditions, where applicable

• Products specifically ordered or procured for a customer

• Customized, specially manufactured, or personalized products

• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, installation, or use

• Products sold as non-returnable or clearance items

Additional restrictions may apply to certain manufacturers or product categories.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact DentHaus within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

DentHaus will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, return, repair, or refund.

For products damaged during transit, we may require photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product before processing the claim.

4. Return Approval

All returns require prior approval from DentHaus.

Please do not send products back without contacting our customer service team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return request is received, our team will review the details and provide return instructions if the product qualifies.

Returned products will be inspected after receipt. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund; the product must meet the conditions specified in this policy.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, card issuer, or other financial institution.

Any applicable shipping charges, transaction charges, restocking charges, or other deductions will be communicated to you before processing the refund, where applicable.

6. Partial Refunds or Deductions

A partial refund or deduction may apply if:

• The product shows signs of use.

• Original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, or parts are missing.

• The product has been damaged after delivery.

• The product has been opened where it was required to remain sealed.

• The product is returned in a condition different from when it was delivered.

• The return is approved as an exception to the standard return policy.

The final refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned product.

7. Sale, Discounted, and Clearance Products

Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, clearance sale, or special discount may be subject to different return and refund conditions.

Unless otherwise specified on the product or order page, sale and clearance products may be non-returnable.

8. Exchanges and Replacements

DentHaus may provide a replacement or exchange where a product is:

• Defective

• Damaged during transit

• Incorrectly supplied

• Missing essential components

Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection.

If the original product is unavailable, DentHaus may offer an alternative solution, including a refund, where applicable.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Some dental equipment, instruments, devices, and other products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Where applicable, DentHaus may assist customers in coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized service provider.

A manufacturer’s warranty does not automatically constitute a return or refund.

10. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error by DentHaus, such as an incorrect product being supplied or a product being damaged or defective upon delivery, DentHaus may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.

For returns requested for reasons other than a product defect, damage, or an error by DentHaus, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by DentHaus.

11. Return Shipping Address

Do not send products to the manufacturer or any address other than the return address provided by the DentHaus customer service team.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping address.

12. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

If an order has already been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.

For specially procured, customized, or non-returnable products, cancellation may not be available once the order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are stored, handled, installed, and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

DentHaus cannot accept returns or refund claims resulting from improper storage, handling, installation, misuse, modification, contamination, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

For products requiring specific storage conditions, customers should ensure that appropriate storage conditions are maintained after delivery.

15. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact DentHaus customer support with:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Product name

• Reason for return

• Date of delivery

• Photographs/videos, where applicable

• Proof of purchase/invoice
