Directions for Use

Preparation

• Identify the implant connection type and select the appropriate drill guide.
• Secure the drill guide using the guide holder.
• Ensure adequate visibility and irrigation before starting the procedure.

Fractured Screw Removal

• Insert the remover drill through the drill guide and rotate counterclockwise.
• If the fractured screw cannot be removed, use the reverse drill to create a pilot hole in the fractured screw surface.
• Maintain sufficient irrigation during drilling.

Tap Drill Technique

• Insert the appropriate tap drill into the prepared hole.
• Rotate counterclockwise at a speed below 80 RPM to engage the fractured screw fragment.
• Continue turning until the screw fragment is removed.

Stripped Screw Management

• Use the flat tip driver to engage a prepared slot in damaged screw heads or components.
• Carefully rotate counterclockwise to loosen and remove the screw.

Post-Procedure Care

• Inspect implant threads for integrity after screw removal.
• Clean, sterilize, and store all kit components according to standard protocols.
