Directions for Use

Preparation

• Perform clinical and radiographic evaluation of the sinus anatomy
• Select the appropriate surgical approach based on available bone height
• Prepare and sterilize all kit components before surgery

Crestal Approach

• Mark the osteotomy site using the guide drill
• Use the SD Reamer with the selected C Stopper to approach the sinus floor
• Connect the CLS Aqua Lift System and introduce saline to elevate the membrane
• Place graft material using the bone packer if required

Lateral Approach

• Create the lateral window using LACD or LASR instruments with the selected L Stopper
• Elevate the sinus membrane using the sequential sinus curettes
• Expand or refine the window using the lateral side cutter when necessary
• Place graft material according to the treatment plan

Post Use Care

• Clean all instruments immediately after the procedure
• Sterilize components according to standard surgical protocols
• Inspect instruments regularly for wear and damage before reuse
