The specialized non-end-cutting bur design features an implant protection platform that prevents the cutting flutes from contacting the implant surface, minimizing the risk of implant damage during bone reduction procedures. Directions for Use

Preparation

• Expose the implant platform and evaluate excess bone around the implant.
• Select the appropriate profiling bur based on implant platform size and restorative requirements.
• Choose regular or narrow shaft burs according to implant connection dimensions.

Bone Profiling

• Attach the selected profiling bur to a 20:1 implant handpiece.
• Insert the integrated centering guide into the implant connection.
• Operate at approximately 100 RPM for soft bone and 400 RPM for dense bone.
• Remove excess bone carefully while maintaining adequate irrigation.

Verification

• Assess the implant platform and surrounding bone contour.
• Verify sufficient clearance for prosthetic component seating.
• Repeat profiling if additional bone reduction is required.
