All new range of Waldent Innovations is the Waldent Sunny Airotor with maximum LED illumination embedded as a Ring Of 5 LED lights to provide a shadowless tooth preparation.

The idea behind embedding 5 LED lights has been to avoid any shadow or reflection of the airotor in the operating field. Its Scratch resistant design provides a smooth matte finish of the body of the airotor & holds better grip

Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure that the Airotor and Cartridge are properly sterilized before use. Follow recommended sterilization procedures.
• Check that all components, including the Airotor, Cartridge, and bur, are in good condition.

Connection:

• Connect the Airotor to the dental unit’s air supply system. Adjust the air pressure within the recommended range (0.25 – 0.3 MPa) for optimal performance.
• Insert the Cartridge into the Airotor, ensuring a secure fit.

Bur Insertion:

• Choose an appropriate bur for the dental procedure.
• Insert the bur into the Cartridge, ensuring it is properly seated and tightened.

Power On:

• Turn on the Airotor, following the specific instructions for your model.
• Activate any additional features such as LED illumination if available.

Adjust Settings:

• Adjust the rotation speed of the Airotor to the desired level within the specified range (350,000 – 400,000 rpm).

Procedure:

• Begin the dental procedure with controlled and precise movements, allowing the bur to perform the work.
• Be cautious not to apply excessive pressure, and ensure the bur is functioning smoothly.

Cooling:

• If the Airotor has a water spray system, ensure it is activated to cool the treatment site during the procedure.

Power Off and Cleaning:

• Turn off the Airotor after completing the procedure.
• Disconnect the Airotor and Cartridge, and clean them thoroughly following the recommended cleaning and sterilization procedures.
