Directions for Use

Preparation

• Ensure the scanner, tip, cable, and connected computer system are clean and ready for use
• Install and sterilize the appropriate scanner tip according to the recommended clinical protocol
• Allow the scanner to complete preheating before beginning the scanning procedure
• Verify that the scanning software and required patient case are correctly prepared

Scanning

• Position the scanner intraorally and begin scanning using the touch controls or Lift and Scan function
• Maintain a suitable scanning distance and move the scanner smoothly across the required surfaces
• Use the 360° touch band or touch pad to navigate functions without interrupting the scanning workflow
• Follow the recommended scanning path to capture complete dental arches and required preparation areas

Post-Scanning Care
