Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the chamber is placed on a stable surface near your work area.
• Check that the chamber is clean and free from any debris.

Loading Instruments:

• Take your cleaned dental instruments and arrange them neatly on the autoclavable trays provided.
• Place the loaded trays inside the chamber. Ensure they are evenly spaced for effective UV exposure.

Closing the Door:

• Gently close the chamber door. Make sure it’s securely shut.

UV Light Activation:

• If your chamber has a separate control for the UV light, locate the UV button or switch.
• Press the UV button to activate the UV light source. This light is what sterilizes the instruments.

Sterilization Time:

• Allow the instruments to be exposed to the UV light for the recommended sterilization time. Refer to the chamber’s manual for guidance on this.

Monitoring:

• While the UV light is on, avoid opening the chamber to prevent accidental exposure. The magnetic gasket-sealed door adds an extra layer of safety.

UV Light Deactivation:

• Once the recommended sterilization time is complete, press the UV button again to deactivate the UV light.

Opening the Door:

• Wait a moment after deactivating the UV light, then open the chamber door. The micro door switch ensures the UV light turns off when the door is opened, preventing accidental exposure.

Removing Sterilized Instruments:

• Carefully take out the trays with the now sterilized instruments. They are ready for use in the dental operatory.

Cleaning Up:

• Close the chamber door if not in use. If applicable, turn off the power to conserve energy.

• Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 6 months as applicable for this product.

• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
• Dentalkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
• Dentalkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
