CA® Pro The powerful thermoforming material with flexible elastomer layer.

More endurance, less pressure: CA® Pro is setting new standards in aligner treatment. A flexible elastomer core in a hard-elastic double shell. ensures a continuous power level at a reduced initial force and higher patient comfort. CA® Pro can be used as single-splint aligner material as well as within the 3-splint system according to the CA® protocol.

CA® Pro The most enduring aligner material ever.

Standard single-layer aligner material is usually loosing its high initial force with the resulting unfavourable physiological effects quickly during the treatment period.

Due to its double shell construction with elastomer core, CA® Pro exerts less pressure – while at the same time keeping it much longer. By starting with a lower initial force and maintaining a relatively constant force level over the treatment period, the patient will benefit from a gentler and more effective tooth movement with higher wearing comfort

Indication:CA® Pro is destined for the fabrication of splints and aligners for the correction of malocclusion. Its optimal initial force level and excellent resilience properties make CA® Pro ideal for applictions in modern orthodontic treatment.

Contraindication:CA® Pro is not indicated for splint adjustments and fixation of attachments using acrylic as well as for orthodontic treatment of patients with periodontally damaged teeth and / or implants. Not indicated after successful molar distalisation.

• Fabricate aligners or splints ensuring accurate adaptation to dental models.

• Follow CA® protocol for single or 3-splint system application.

• Avoid using acrylic for attachments or splint fixation with this material.

• Advise patients on gradual wear to maximize comfort and treatment efficacy.

• Monitor patients regularly to assess fit, force application, and oral health.

• Do not use in patients with periodontal disease or implants.

• Dispose of any unused material following clinical waste regulations.
