Directions for Use

1. Preparation:
Ensure all equipment, mixing bowls, and spatulas are clean and dry before starting. Contaminants can affect the setting and performance.

2. Mixing Ratio:
Measure the recommended powder-to-water ratio according to the instructions provided on the packaging for optimal consistency.

3. Mixing Process:

• Add water to the mixing bowl first.
• Gradually sprinkle the dental stone powder into the water to avoid clumping.
• Allow the powder to soak for about 20-30 seconds to ensure proper hydration.

4. Manual or Mechanical Mixing:

• For manual mixing: Use a spatula to stir the mixture in a slow, folding motion for about 1-2 minutes.
• For mechanical mixing: Use a vacuum mixer for best results, mixing under low speed to avoid air bubbles.

5. Pouring the Mixture:
Carefully pour the mixture into the impression, starting from one side to avoid trapping air. Gently vibrate the mold to ensure complete flow into all details.

6. Setting Time:
Allow the stone to set undisturbed for the specified time (approximately 10-15 minutes). Avoid excessive handling during this stage.

7. Trimming and Finishing:
Once fully set and hardened, carefully remove the model from the impression and trim it as needed.

8. Storage:
Store unused powder in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and contaminants, to maintain product integrity.
