Directions for Use

• Measure the recommended powder-to-water ratio as per manufacturer’s guidelines.

• Add the measured water into a clean rubber mixing bowl.

• Slowly add the die stone powder into the water to minimize air entrapment.

• Mix thoroughly using a spatula or mechanical vacuum mixer until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved.

• Pour the mix gently into the impression using vibration to avoid voids or bubbles.

• Allow the material to set undisturbed for the recommended setting time.

• After full setting, separate the cast from the impression carefully.

• Clean all instruments and mixing bowls immediately after use.
