Directions for Use

Before handling any accessory, switch off the printer, disconnect the main power supply, and ensure the chamber is safe to access.

Module & Motor:

• Install in the designated mechanical assembly area. Secure mounting bolts firmly and connect wiring according to the technical layout. After installation, run motion calibration from the system menu to verify smooth axis movement.

Platform Seal:

• Remove the worn seal and clean the surface. Fit the new seal evenly to ensure an airtight chamber, which is essential for maintaining a controlled gas environment.

Cabin Light:

• Fix inside the chamber housing and connect to the internal power line. Activate from the control panel for inspection.

Touch Screen & Touch Cable:

• Mount the screen securely, connect the cable to the control board, and test responsiveness after startup.

Trip Device (MCB):

• Install in the electrical panel for overload protection. Reset properly if triggered.

Camera:

• Mount inside the chamber and connect to enable real-time monitoring.

SD Card & Reader:

• Transfer files, insert securely, and safely eject after use.

Oxygen Plate & Sensor:

• Install in the gas control section and calibrate to maintain low oxygen levels.

RTC4 Board:

• Install in the control unit, connect to the laser system, and perform software calibration before printing.
