Directions for Use

Setup & Installation

• Place the printer on a stable, well-ventilated surface.
• Connect power to a 220V single-phase outlet.
• Attach gas supply (N2 or Ar) and ensure proper circulation.
• Follow the color-coded conduits for mistake-proof installation.

Material Preparation

• Load the CoCr or Titanium alloy powder into the modular cartridge.
• Use the powder sieving machine to ensure material quality.
• Secure the baseplate with the magnetic fixing system.

Printing Process

• Import 3D model files into the FastLayer slicing software.
• Set printing parameters and run nesting automation.
• Click “Start” for AI-driven automated printing.
• Monitor the process using the FastFab control software.

Post-Processing

• Use the vacuum cleaner to remove excess powder.
• Detach printed parts and clean with provided tools.
• If required, perform heat treatment using the included furnace.
