Directions for Use

Installation

• Switch off the printer and release any residual air pressure from the system before starting
• Place the compressor on a flat, stable surface beside the printer, allowing space for airflow and ventilation
• Disconnect the old or faulty compressor head from the air line (if replacing)
• Connect the air outlet to the printer’s air-inlet hose and tighten the fitting securely
• Plug into a properly earthed power socket matching the rated 500W / 0.75 HP supply
• Check all connections and hose clamps for a tight, leak-free seal

Operation / Use

• Power on the compressor and let it build up to working pressure
• Confirm the gauge holds steady pressure (up to 120 PSI) before running a print
• Keep the unit upright and ventilated during operation; being oil-less, it needs no oil top-up
• Drain any accumulated condensate from the tank periodically as per the manual
• Switch off and depressurise after use, and during longer idle periods
