Directions for Use
- Scan the Model: Use a 3D scanner to create a digital model of the patient’s denture framework.
- Design the Restoration: Generate a 3D design using CAD software for the baseplate and framework
- Prepare Milling File: Export the CAD design into a CAM program to generate the milling file.
- Mill the Baseplate: Transfer the milling file to a compatible CAD/CAM machine to mill the CoCr baseplate.
- Finish the Baseplate: After milling, smooth the edges and adjust the fit using suitable tools (grinding, polishing).
- Bond the Ceramic: Apply appropriate dental ceramics to the baseplate.
