Directions for Use

Preparation

• Ensure the handpiece is clean and free from debris
• Verify air pressure is between 180–250 KPa before operation
• Connect the handpiece securely to the dental unit following ISO 9168 standards
• Confirm water cooling supply is available at 0.2 MPa

Sterilization

• Brush off dirt and wipe with alcohol-soaked cloth after every procedure
• Place the handpiece in a sterilization pouch and seal properly
• Autoclave at a maximum of 134°C after each use
• Handpiece is safe for up to 250 sterilization cycles

Lubrication

• Lubricate using oil spray before autoclaving or after every use
• Follow manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure internal components are coated

Operating the Handpiece

• Attach a compatible diamond bur (1.59–1.6 mm, 21–23 mm length)
• Adjust speed within the 380,000–450,000 rpm range as required
• Ensure continuous water cooling to prevent overheating
• Maintain a firm grip and operate smoothly for efficient cutting

Maintenance

• Clean the handpiece thoroughly after each use
• Perform periodic inspections as recommended by the manufacturer
• Store in a clean, dry environment to avoid contamination
