Directions for Use

Preparation

• Ensure that the handpiece is clean and free from any debris or contaminants.
• Connect the handpiece to the air tubing of the dental unit, ensuring a secure and proper connection.

Inserting the Bur:

• Select a suitable FG bur with a diameter of Ø 1.6 mm (ISO 1797-1).
• With the handpiece turned off, push the bur gently into the chuck and tighten it securely using the chuck key or the handpiece’s built-in mechanism.
• Ensure that the bur is seated properly and securely.

Adjusting Air Pressure:

• Set the air pressure on the dental unit to the recommended range of 2.2 – 2.8 bar.
• Proper air pressure ensures optimal performance and efficiency during the procedure.

Activation and Operation:

• Press the handpiece’s power button or foot control to activate the motor.
• Hold the handpiece firmly but comfortably, maintaining a relaxed grip.
• Position the handpiece in the desired location for the procedure, ensuring good visibility of the treatment area.

Performing the Procedure

• Apply gentle pressure and control the handpiece’s movements to achieve the desired outcome.
• Follow the appropriate technique and guidelines specific to the dental procedure being performed.
• Keep the handpiece moving smoothly and continuously to prevent overheating of the bur and ensure efficient cutting.

Cooling and Irrigation

• If available, activate the water spray system on the dental unit to provide continuous cooling and lubrication to the bur during the procedure.
• Monitor the water spray to ensure proper coverage and adjust it if necessary.

Completion and Maintenance

• After completing the procedure, turn off the handpiece.
• Remove the bur by loosening it with the chuck key or releasing it using the handpiece’s built-in mechanism.
• Clean and sterilize the handpiece according to the recommended procedures provided by the manufacturer.
• Store the handpiece in a clean and dry environment to maintain its longevity and performance.

• Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 6 months as applicable for this product.
• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
• Dentalkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
• Dentalkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
