Directions for Use

Preparation

• Confirm the extraction site is clean and assess the case for immediate implant placement. Select the required burs and drills from the tray, and ensure all instruments are fully sterilised before beginning surgery.

Operation

• Use the TOP-Bur at the appropriate high or low speed to remove residual inflammation and soft tissue from the socket. Mark the precise entry point on the septum using the diamond-coated marking drill. Form the initial hole with the trephine bur, collecting viable bone in the process. Expand the osteotomy progressively with the TOP-Drills (Ø3.0 then Ø4.0), using the Lindemann drill to maintain alignment on inclined or angled surfaces. Once the site is well prepared, proceed to implant placement.

Post Use Care

• Clean all instruments immediately after use to remove bone and tissue debris. Sterilise by autoclave and inspect each bur and drill for wear or damage before returning them to their designated positions in the tray for storage.
