Directions for Use

Step 1: Pre-Surgical Assessment

• Assess residual bone height and sinus anatomy.

Step 2: Surgical Site Preparation

• Administer local anesthesia.
• Elevate the flap according to the selected surgical approach.
• Expose the operative area adequately.
• Ensure clear visualization of the surgical site.

Step 3: Sinus Access Preparation

• Create the osteotomy according to the planned implant position.
• Use the designated sinus instruments carefully.
• Progress gradually toward the sinus floor.
• Maintain continuous depth control throughout the procedure.

Step 4: Sinus Membrane Elevation

• Gently elevate the Schneiderian membrane.
• Verify membrane integrity during elevation.
• Create sufficient space beneath the membrane.
• Avoid excessive force during manipulation.

Step 5: Bone Grafting and Implant Placement

• Place graft material if indicated.
• Condense graft material appropriately.
• Insert implant according to treatment protocol.
