Directions for Use

Preparation

• Evaluate the surgical site using appropriate radiographic assessment
• Select the required osteotome and dia bur according to the treatment plan
• Prepare all instruments under sterile conditions

Bone Preparation

• Use the appropriate dia bur to prepare the osteotomy site
• Maintain adequate irrigation during bone preparation
• Verify osteotomy depth according to the surgical plan

Sinus Elevation

• Insert the selected osteotome into the prepared osteotomy
• Use the mallet to apply controlled force along the instrument axis
• Elevate the sinus membrane gradually using sequential osteotomes

Graft Placement

• Mix graft material in the bone well
• Transfer graft material using the bone curette
• Pack the graft gently with the bone packer as required

Post Use Care

• Clean all instruments immediately after surgery
• Sterilize according to standard clinical protocols
• Store instruments in the provided surgical pouch
