• Designed for adjustment and polishing of acrylic dentures and appliances chairside or in the laboratory.
• It contains the necessary rotary instruments for the following steps:
• Reduction/Adjusting – Robot Carbide Cutter.
• Contouring – AcryPoint – dark grey, coarse.
• Finishing/Prepolishing – AcryPoint – brown, medium.
• Gloss Polishing – AcryPoint – light grey, fine.

Directions for Use

• Start with the coarsest abrasive instrument and work your way to the finest, using progressively finer grits until the desired shape and finish is achieved.
• Attach the abrasive instrument to a handpiece or slow-speed motor, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Hold the appliance securely and position the abrasive instrument at the desired location.
• Apply gentle pressure and move the abrasive instrument in the desired direction until the desired shape is achieved.
• Switch to a finer abrasive instrument and repeat the process until the desired finish is achieved.
• Use water or a lubricant to cool the appliance and the abrasive instrument during use.
• Remove any remaining debris or polishing compound using a soft bristle brush or a cotton swab.
• Rinse the appliance thoroughly with water and dry.
