Directions for Use

Heating the Sheet:
- Place the round sheet in the heating chamber of the vacuum-forming machine
- Heat until the sheet becomes soft and pliable, typically between 160°C to 180°C (320°F to 356°F)
Molding:
- Quickly position the heated sheet over a dental model or mold
- Activate the vacuum-forming machine to pull the sheet tightly against the mold
Cooling:
- Allow the molded sheet to cool and solidify for a few minutes while still on the mold
Trimming:
- Once cooled, carefully remove the formed plastic from the mold
- Trim any excess material for a clean finish
Final Adjustments:
- Inspect for fit and comfort, making any necessary adjustments as needed
