Directions for Use

• Preparation: Gather your tools, including a vacuum forming machine or mold, and ensure the workspace is clean
• Select Sheet Thickness: Choose the appropriate thickness of the thermoplastic sheet based on your specific dental application.
• Heating the Sheet:
  • Place the square sheet in the heating chamber of the vacuum-forming machine
  • Heat until the sheet becomes soft and pliable, typically between 160°C to 180°C (320°F to 356°F)
• Molding:
  • Quickly position the heated sheet over a dental model or mold
  • Use a vacuum or pressure to conform the sheet tightly to the shape of the model
• Cooling:
  • Allow the molded sheet to cool and solidify while still on the mold for a few minutes
• Trimming:
  • Once cooled, remove the formed plastic from the mold
  • Trim any excess material for a clean finish
• Final Adjustments:
  • Inspect for fit and comfort, making any necessary adjustments
