Directions for Use

• Preparation: Gather your tools, including a vacuum-forming machine or mold, and ensure your workspace is clean
• Select Sheet: Choose the appropriate thickness of the Softflex sheet based on your specific application
• Heating the Sheet:
  • Place the round sheet in the heating chamber of the vacuum-forming machine
  • Heat until the sheet becomes soft and pliable, typically between 160°C to 180°C (320°F to 356°F)
• Molding:
  • Quickly position the heated sheet over a dental model or mold
  • Activate the vacuum-forming machine to pull the sheet tightly against the mold
• Cooling:
  • Allow the molded sheet to cool and solidify for a few minutes while still on the mold
• Trimming:
  • Once cooled, carefully remove the formed plastic from the mold
  • Trim any excess material for a clean finish
• Final Adjustments:
  • Inspect for fit and comfort, making any necessary adjustments as needed
