Directions for Use

To use the NSK Cartridge for Pana Air Handpiece (FX TU M4/FX TB2/FX TU B2) with ceramic bearings, follow these directions:

• Ensure that the handpiece is turned off and disconnected from any power source.
• Locate the cartridge replacement area on the handpiece. It is usually located near the head or neck of the handpiece.
• Use a wrench or tool provided to loosen the retaining screw or nut holding the current cartridge in place. Rotate it counterclockwise to loosen and remove it.
• Take the new NSK Cartridge for Pana Air Handpiece and align it properly with the cartridge housing in the handpiece. Make sure the grooves or notches on the cartridge match those in the housing.
• Insert the cartridge into the housing and push it in firmly until it is fully seated.
• Use the wrench or tool to tighten the retaining screw or nut clockwise, securing the cartridge in place. Ensure it is tightened securely but not overly tightened.
• Once the cartridge is securely in place, visually inspect it to confirm that it is properly aligned and seated within the handpiece.
• Test the handpiece to ensure proper operation before using it on a patient. Ensure that the handpiece rotates smoothly and there are no unusual vibrations or noises.
