Description

SuperEndo Super Gold Flex Rotary Files F3 25mm are heat-treated gold nickel-titanium (NiTi) endodontic files engineered for safe, efficient root canal shaping. The F3 file carries a 0.30 mm tip diameter with a continuously varying taper, making it ideal for finishing the apical third of medium to wide canals. The proprietary gold heat-treatment process gives the file exceptional flexibility and shape memory, allowing it to follow the natural canal curvature while resisting cyclic fatigue and torsional fracture. The result is centred preparation, reduced ledging and transportation, and a smoother glide path even in curved and calcified canals. Each file is single-patient/single-use ready and suitable for use with standard endodontic motors.

Directions for Use

1. Establish straight-line access and confirm a reproducible glide path before introducing the file.
2. Irrigate the canal copiously with sodium hypochlorite and maintain a wet canal throughout instrumentation.
3. Set the endodontic motor to the manufacturer-recommended speed and torque for the F3 file.
4. Introduce the file passively using gentle in-and-out (pecking) motion; never force the file apically.
5. Use the F3 only after the canal has been prepared with the preceding smaller sizes in the sequence.
6. Withdraw, clean the flutes, and re-irrigate frequently to clear debris and prevent blockage.
7. Inspect the file for any signs of unwinding or deformation before each re-entry; discard if distorted.
8. After use, clean, disinfect, and sterilise (or discard per single-use policy) following standard infection-control protocol.
