Directions for Use

• Preparation: Ensure the foam inserts are properly stretched for adequate insertion and handling. Verify that the cleaner is clean and free from any debris or contaminants.
• Loading Instruments: Carefully insert the endodontic files into the foam inserts of the cleaner. Ensure that the files are securely held in place to prevent any damage or displacement during the cleaning process.
• Cleaning: Once the instruments are loaded, immerse the SuperEndo Endo Foam File Cleaner in an appropriate cleaning solution or disinfectant. Gently agitate the cleaner to facilitate the removal of debris or residue from the files.
• Rinse: After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the instruments and the cleaner with clean water to remove any remaining cleaning solution or disinfectant residue.
• Sterilization: Place the loaded SuperEndo Endo Foam File Cleaner in an autoclave and sterilize at the recommended temperature (up to 134°C) and duration. Ensure that the autoclave is functioning correctly and that the sterilization cycle is completed according to standard protocols.
• Removal of Instruments: Once sterilization is complete, carefully remove the endodontic files from the foam inserts of the cleaner. Exercise caution to prevent any accidental punctures or injuries.
• Inspection: Before using the sterilized instruments, visually inspect them for any signs of damage or contamination. Discard any files that appear compromised or unsuitable for use.
• Storage: Store the SuperEndo Endo Foam File Cleaner in a clean and dry environment when not in use. Ensure that it is properly labeled and easily accessible for future procedures.
