Directions for Use

• Preparation: Gather necessary tools, including a vacuum-forming machine or mold, and ensure the work area is clean
• Heating the Sheet:
  • Place the thermoplastic sheet in the heating chamber of the vacuum-forming machine
  • Heat the sheet until it becomes soft and pliable, typically between 160°C to 180°C (320°F to 356°F)
• Molding:
  • Once heated, quickly position the sheet over a pre-prepared mold
  • Activate the vacuum-forming machine to remove air, allowing the sheet to conform tightly to the mold’s shape
• Cooling:
  • Allow the molded sheet to cool and solidify while still on the mold for a few minutes
• Trimming:
  • Once cooled, remove the formed plastic from the mold
  • Use cutting tools to trim any excess material for a clean finish
• Final Adjustments:
  • Inspect the molded part for fit and make any necessary adjustments or refinements
