Directions for Use

Prepare the Work Area:

• Ensure your work area is clean and free from contaminants. Gather all necessary materials, including Pyrax Heat Cure Powder, the corresponding liquid monomer, mixing tools, and denture molds

Mix the Powder and Monomer:

• In a clean, dry mixing bowl, combine the Pyrax Heat Cure Powder with the liquid monomer. Stir the mixture thoroughly using a spatula or mixing tool until a smooth, homogeneous paste is achieved Ensure there are no lumps and the consistency is workable

Apply the Mixture:

• Carefully apply the mixed paste to the denture mold or appliance. Use appropriate techniques to ensure the paste fills all areas of the mold and achieves a precise fit

Press and Cure:

• Follow the pressing technique as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Place the filled mold into the heat-cure press or oven, and cure according to the specified temperature and time settings. Ensure the curing process is completed to achieve optimal polymerization

Cooling and Removal:

• After curing, allow the mold to cool down to room temperature before removing the denture or appliance. This helps in achieving a solid and well-formed final product

Finishing Touches:

• Once removed from the mold, trim and polish the denture or appliance as needed. Inspect the final product for any imperfections and ensure it meets the required standards for fit and finish

Clean Up:

• Clean all mixing tools and work surfaces with appropriate solvents to remove any residual powder or monomer. Dispose of any waste materials according to local regulations
