• Preparation: Gather all necessary materials: glass ionomer powder, liquid, polymer paper mixing pad, Agate spatula, calcium hydroxide liner, and finishing tools.

• Mixing the Cement: Ratio: Measure the powder and liquid in a 3:1 ratio.

  • Mixing Time: Begin mixing immediately after measuring. Ensure to mix the components within 45 seconds for optimal consistency.
  • Mixing Surface: Use the polymer paper mixing pad to combine the powder and liquid. This pad helps in achieving a uniform mixture.
