Directions for Use

• Sterilization: Before use, ensure the Gingival Margin Trimmer (GMT) is properly sterilized by autoclaving according to standard infection control protocols.

• Choose the Correct GMT: Select either the mesial or distal GMT, depending on the tooth surface and direction of trimming required.

• Hold Properly: Grasp the GMT with a modified pen grip for maximum control and precision. Ensure that the sharp working tip is oriented correctly for the procedure.

• Create Axiopulpal Bevels: Use gentle, controlled pressure to trim and refine the gingival margin or create bevels in Class II amalgam preparations. Maintain the correct angle of the blade to achieve a smooth bevel.
