Directions for Use

• Prepare the Implant Site: Ensure the implant has been placed and the surgical site is clean and dry.
• Attach the Transducer Peg: Screw the designated SmartPeg or compatible transducer onto the implant or abutment using the provided tool. Do not overtighten.
• Power On the Device: Switch on the DentalPlant Implant Stability Tester. Ensure the probe is fully charged and functional.
• Position the Probe: Hold the probe close (2–3 mm) to the transducer peg without making physical contact. Maintain a steady hand.
• Take the Measurement: Wait for 1–2 seconds until the ISQ value is displayed on the screen. Repeat the measurement from multiple angles (e.g., buccal, lingual) for accuracy.

Interpret the Results:

• ISQ >70: High stability, suitable for immediate loading
• ISQ 60–69: Moderate stability, consider delayed loading
• ISQ <60: Low stability, delay loading
• Power Off and Sterilize: Turn off the device and autoclave the probe according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
