B-Ostin TP Bonegraft Materials 0.355–0.500 mm are 100% synthetic beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) granules designed for predictable dental bone regeneration. Their osteoconductive, interconnected micro- and macroporous structure supports rapid vascular ingrowth and guided new bone formation while gradually resorbing and being replaced by vital host bone. The 0.355–0.500 mm particle size offers an excellent balance of packing density and space for clot and cell migration, making it suitable for periodontal defects, socket preservation, ridge augmentation and sinus floor procedures. Being synthetic and sterile, B-Ostin TP eliminates the risk of disease transmission and immunologic reactions seen with biological grafts, while providing a stable scaffold that typically remodels within a few months under favourable healing conditions.

Directions for Use

• Prepare the defect by debriding all granulation tissue and irrigating with sterile saline.
• Create a fresh bleeding surface to promote graft integration.
• Hydrate the granules with sterile saline or patient’s blood/PRF for better handling.
• Place the graft gently into the defect using a bone carrier or spatula.
• Adapt lightly without excessive compression—maintain space for vascular ingrowth.
• Cover with a membrane if indicated for GBR/GTR procedures.
• Reposition and suture the flap to achieve tension-free primary closure.
• Maintain post-operative care and avoid pressure on the grafted site.
