B-Ostin HA Nano 0.355–0.500 mm (1.0 CC) is a sterile synthetic bone graft substitute composed of 100% Hydroxyapatite (HA), designed to promote predictable bone regeneration in dental and maxillofacial procedures. Its nano-structured, osteoconductive composition provides an ideal scaffold for new bone formation while maintaining the grafted site during healing. The granule size of 0.355–0.500 mm offers excellent handling, easy adaptation, and stable placement within bone defects. The 1.0 CC volume is well suited for medium-sized bone defects, ridge preservation, implant site preparation, and periodontal regeneration where a greater graft volume than 0.5 CC is required. Highly biocompatible and non-immunogenic, the graft gradually integrates with the surrounding bone to support long-term clinical success. Directions for Use

Site Preparation

• Prepare and thoroughly debride the bone defect before graft placement
• Ensure adequate bleeding from the recipient site to support graft integration

Graft Placement

• Open the sterile vial immediately before use
• The graft may be used alone or mixed with blood bone marrow aspirate or sterile saline if required
• Place the graft directly into the defect and adapt it gently without excessive compression

Stabilization

• Ensure intimate contact between the graft and surrounding bone
• Cover the graft with a suitable barrier membrane when clinically indicated
• Achieve tension free flap closure to stabilize the grafted site

Postoperative Care

• Avoid disturbing the grafted area during the initial healing period
• Maintain good oral hygiene and follow scheduled clinical reviews
• Store unopened vials in a cool dry place and do not reuse opened containers
