Directions for Use

Site Preparation

• Prepare and thoroughly debride the bone defect before graft placement
• Achieve adequate bleeding at the recipient site for optimal graft integration

Graft Placement

• Open the sterile vial immediately before use
• The graft may be used alone or mixed with blood bone marrow aspirate or sterile saline if required
• Place the graft in direct contact with healthy bone and fill the defect completely without overfilling

Stabilization

• Stabilize the graft and ensure intimate adaptation to the defect site
• Use sutures or a suitable barrier membrane when clinically indicated to reduce graft migration

Postoperative Care
