B-Ostin TP Bonegraft Materials 0.500–1.000 mm are 100% synthetic Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate (β-TCP) granules designed for predictable dental bone regeneration. The larger particle size provides excellent volume stability, making the graft ideal for ridge augmentation, sinus lift, and defects requiring greater structural support. Its interconnected micro- and macroporous structure supports rapid vascularization, cell migration, and stable clot formation to initiate natural bone healing. The material is completely biocompatible, osteoconductive, and gradually resorbable—slowly being replaced by the patient’s own bone during the healing process. Being synthetic, it eliminates any risk of disease transmission, offering clinicians a safe, reliable, and effective grafting solution for a wide range of regenerative and implant procedures.

Directions for Use

• Prepare the defect by removing granulation tissue and irrigating with sterile saline.
• Create a fresh bleeding surface to improve graft integration and early healing.
• Hydrate the granules with sterile saline or patient’s blood/PRF for easier handling.
• Place the graft gently into the defect using a carrier or spatula.
• Adapt lightly without over-packing; maintain space for vascular ingrowth.
• Contour the graft to ensure stability, especially in larger defects.
• Cover with a membrane when indicated, particularly for GBR or sinus augmentation.
• Reposition and suture the flap to achieve tension-free primary closure.
• Advise post-operative care and avoid pressure on the graft site during healing.
