Directions for Use

• Charge: Ensure the device is fully charged using the provided USB wall plug-in power supply.

• Assembly: Attach the selected light guide (clear for general use, filtered for NUV 405 nm applications) to the Microlux DW Handpiece.

• Power On/Off: Activate the device by pressing the power button. Use the same button to turn it off when not in use.

• Select Mode: Toggle between white light mode (for visible transillumination) and blue light mode (for NUV 405 nm illumination) using the mode switch.

• Positioning: Properly position the illuminated light guide to examine teeth or explore periodontal and endodontic regions with the Perio/Endo Probe.

• Diagnosis: Observe the illuminated area for defects, caries, fractures, or bacterial presence. Utilize the Perio/Endo Probe for targeted exploration.

• Cleaning: Wipe the light guide and handpiece with a disinfectant wipe or solution after each use, ensuring proper infection control.

• Storage: Store the Microlux DW in a clean, dry place, protecting it from damage.
