Woodpecker RTA MiniMotor Brushless Endomotor is designed for easy and efficient dental preparation. Powered by a high-performance brushless motor, it offers strong power, high torque, and fast response, ensuring more accurate and stable output. The motor’s service life is 10 times longer than that of traditional brush motors, providing low wear, low heat, and smoother rotation with lower noise. Its speed ranges from 100r/min to 1500r/min, with a torque range of 0.4N·cm to 4.2N·cm, ensuring stable cutting even at the narrow or curved apex.

The handpiece features an adjustable reciprocating angle with a 10° interval, allowing for a forward and reverse angle adjustment range of 20° to 400°. This accurate control reduces the risk of instrument separation, enhancing preparation efficiency and safety. The 6:1 mini contra-angle provides a broader operation field with a compact yet powerful design, ensuring low speed and stable rotation under high torque. With a head height of 9.7mm, head diameter of 8mm, and neck diameter of 6mm, it offers flexible operation, facilitating the preparation of teeth in different positions. The lightweight cordless handpiece is well-balanced, allowing for easier preparation and can be controlled wirelessly, free from the restraint of a tail cord.

Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the handpiece is fully charged before use.
• Connect the handpiece to the Apex Locator if needed.

Assembly:

• Attach the 6:1 mini contra-angle to the handpiece securely.
• Insert the desired file into the contra-angle head.

Power On:

• Press the power button to turn on the handpiece.
• Select the desired working mode (Forward, Reverse, Reciprocating, ATR) using the mode selector.

Speed and Torque Settings:

• Adjust the speed between 100r/min to 1500r/min as required for the procedure.
• Set the torque between 0.4N·cm to 4.2N·cm according to the specific needs of the preparation.

Reciprocating Angle Adjustment:

• • Use the adjustment control to set the reciprocating angle within the range of 20° to 400°.
  • Adjust in 10° intervals for precise control.

• Operation:

• Position the handpiece at the desired tooth location.
• Use the well-balanced design and 360° rotatable contra-angle for better maneuverability and accessibility.
• Apply gentle pressure and allow the high torque motor to perform the cutting.

Safety:

• Monitor the torque and speed settings to ensure they remain within safe limits.
• In ATR mode, the file will reciprocate at the set angle after reaching the preset torque, reducing the risk of instrument separation.

Post-Procedure:

• Turn off the handpiece and detach the contra-angle.
• Clean and sterilize the handpiece and contra-angle according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Storage:

• Store the handpiece in a clean, dry place.
• Ensure the handpiece is fully charged before storing to maintain battery health.

• Dentalkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
