Directions for Use

Installation Guide

Suction Connector

• Turn off the dental chair unit before installation.

• Locate the suction port on the chair.

• Insert the suction connector firmly into the port.

• Attach the suction hose securely to the connector.

• Switch on the chair and test suction flow.

Air Electric Microswitch

• Disconnect power supply to the dental chair.

• Locate the slot/wiring point for the microswitch inside the control panel.

• Connect the microswitch terminals to the designated wires (as per chair wiring diagram).

• Fix the microswitch in its housing or mounting point.

• Reconnect power and test activation/deactivation of the handpiece.

Two Core Wire (5m)

• Measure the required length and cut the wire accordingly.

• Strip the ends of the wire and connect each core to its terminal.

• Ensure proper polarity if applicable and tighten connections.

• Route the wire neatly through the chair’s cable pathways.

• Insulate all joints and check for secure fitting before switching on power.
