Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure that the handpiece is properly connected to the dental unit or air compressor using the Bordon 2-hole connection.
• Confirm that the air pressure is within the recommended range 0.28Mpa-0.30Mpa.

Sterilization:

• Before use, make sure the airotor is properly sterilized. Follow the sterilization guidelines provided, which typically involve cleaning, sealing in a sterilization pouch, and autoclaving.

Water Supply:

• Connect the airotor to the dental unit’s water supply. The double water spray jets help cool the bur and dental material during procedures.

Bur Installation:

• Use the push-button cartridge system for easy and convenient bur changes. Press the button to release the current bur, insert a new bur, and release the button to secure it in place.

Patient Preparation:

• Prepare the patient for the dental procedure, ensuring proper isolation and comfort.

Operation:

• Activate the airotor using the foot pedal or other controls on the dental unit.
• The high-speed handpiece can be used for various dental procedures, such as cavity preparation, removal of tooth structure, and margin creation.
• The double water spray helps in cooling the bur and preventing excessive heat during the procedure.

Debris Evacuation:

• The water jet assists in evacuating debris from the work field, maintaining a clear view and enhancing efficiency.

Post-Procedure:

• After the procedure, clean the airotor by wiping off excess dirt and disinfecting it according to the recommended guidelines.
