Directions for Use

• Prepare the Patient: Ensure the patient is comfortable and positioned correctly for the procedure. It’s essential to have good lighting and access to the area where the brackets are located.

• Select the Bracket: Identify the bracket you intend to remove. Ensure the surrounding area is dry to provide better grip and visibility.

• Grip the Bracket: Hold the pliers in your dominant hand. Use the long handles for better leverage and control. Position the tips of the pliers around the bracket you wish to remove.

• Apply Pressure: Gently squeeze the handles of the pliers to apply pressure to the bracket. The offset and curved design of the pliers should help in getting a good grip on the bracket without causing damage to the tooth or surrounding structures.

• Break the Bond: Apply controlled pressure to break the adhesive bond between the bracket and the tooth surface. Be careful not to exert too much force to avoid damaging the tooth enamel.

• Remove the Bracket: Once the bond is broken, carefully lift the bracket away from the tooth surface using the pliers. Work slowly and methodically to ensure the bracket comes off cleanly without causing discomfort to the patient.

• Inspect the Tooth: After removing the bracket, inspect the tooth surface to ensure there is no residual adhesive left behind. If needed, use additional tools or instruments to remove any remaining adhesive.
