Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure that the handpiece is clean and sterilized before use. Autoclave it at 135 degrees Celsius for proper disinfection.
• Check that the bur (drill) you plan to use is compatible with the handpiece and meets the specified size standards (1.590-1.600 mm ISO).

Connection:

• Connect the handpiece to the dental unit using the two-hole Borden Chair connection.

Air and Water Supply:

• Connect the air and water supply to the handpiece. Ensure that the air pressure is within the recommended range (0.18-0.25Mpa).
• Verify that the water spray is functioning properly (single water spray).

Loading the Bur:

• Use the push-button mechanism to load the bur into the chuck of the handpiece securely. Ensure that it is properly seated.

Positioning and Operation:

• Position the handpiece appropriately for the dental procedure you are performing.
• Start the dental unit and activate the handpiece. The rotation speed is 350,000rpm for Super Torque Head & 280,000rpm for Straight Head, providing high-speed and efficient cutting.

Cooling:

• During operation, the single water spray helps in optimum cooling of the treatment site, preventing overheating.

Handling and Grip:

• Take advantage of the sleek body design and ergonomic features for a better grip and control during procedures.

Completion:

• Once the dental procedure is completed, turn off the handpiece and disconnect it from the air and water supply.

Cleaning and Sterilization:

• Clean the handpiece thoroughly, removing any debris or residue.
• Autoclave the handpiece again for proper sterilization before the next use.

• The manufacturer’s warranty for this airotor is valid for 1 year and cartridge 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Warranty does not apply against any physical damage to the product.
