Directions for Use
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine and plug it into an AC power supply. Switch on the machine
- Preheating: Allow the machine to heat for approximately 2 minutes. When the heating indicator light turns off, the machine is ready for use. Avoid touching the heating rail
- Insert the Pouch/Reel: Place the sterilization pouch or reel with the paper side facing downward. Feed it through the bag shaft and under the pressure plate
- Adjust Length: Pull the pouch forward to the desired sealing length
- Seal the Pouch: Turn the handle clockwise and hold it for 2–3 seconds to create a proper seal
- Cut the Pouch: Slide the built-in cutting blade to separate the sealed pouch cleanly
- Load Instruments: Open the handle, insert the instruments into the pouch, and align the open end for sealing
- Final Sealing: Seal the remaining open side using the same sealing process to complete the sterilization pack
