Description

The Handy 700 system features an advanced controller and a 50,000rpm, 230W brushless rotary handpiece for incredible power—even at low speeds! Provides ample torque at all times to ensure fast and smooth metal removal. Ideal for a variety of applications, including grinding, finishing, and polishing. Use with Power Hand 3 handpieces (see tab above) for profile polishing or belt sanding. The system includes a Handy 700 controller and BH-60 Handpiece with 1/8″ or 3/32″ collet, variable-speed foot rheostat (FS60), handpiece cradle rest, detachable handpiece holder, and replacement fuse.

Directions for Use

Power Connection:

• Connect the micromotor system to a compatible power source following the recommended voltage and power specifications.

Handpiece Attachment:

• Choose the correct collet size (3/32″ or 1/8″) for the dental tool you’re using.
• Securely attach the handpiece to the micromotor system, ensuring a snug fit according to the provided instructions.

Speed and Torque Settings:

• Set the desired speed using the controls on the micromotor system. Refer to the digital display for accurate speed readings.
• Adjust the torque settings based on the specific dental task, following the instructions in the user manual.

Rotation Direction:

• Select the rotation direction (forward or reverse) as required for the dental procedure. Use the designated control for this purpose.

Overload Protection:

• Be mindful of the overload protection feature. If the system encounters excessive load, it may automatically shut down or reduce power. Allow it to cool before resuming.

Operation:

• Start the micromotor system gently to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform dental procedures such as grinding, finishing, or polishing with precision, adjusting speed and torque as needed.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Adhere to the cleaning and maintenance guidelines outlined in the user manual.
• Inspect and lubricate components regularly.

Power Off:
