Directions for Use

Pen Tip Installation:

• Ensure the device is in a cooled state.
• Install the pen tip onto the handle, making sure it is securely attached. Do not operate the button during installation.

Positioning for Operation:

• Orient the pen tip so that the curved part is opposite to the button, facilitating easier cutting.

Cutting Gutta-Percha:

• Press the button to activate the cutter, using the curved part of the pen tip to cut the gutta-percha. Hold the button while cutting.

Release Button:

• Release the button once the gutta-percha is cut. Wait for the pen tip to cool down before removing it from the patient.

Safety Precautions:

• Avoid bending the pen tip while it is still on the unit.
• Apply controlled force during treatment to preserve the service life of the pen tip.
• Avoid electromagnetic radiation during operation.
• Do not modify the unit in any way.

Autoclaving:

• If necessary, the heating tips can be autoclaved for sterilization. Ensure proper autoclaving procedures are followed.

Charging the Battery:

• Charge the device’s rechargeable battery when needed to maintain optimal performance.
