Directions for Use
- Complete wax elimination and thoroughly clean the gypsum mould.
- Allow the mould to cool to the recommended temperature before application.
- Apply a thin, even coat of DPI Heat Cure Cold Mould Seal over all stone surfaces using a clean brush.
- Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying a second coat if required.
- Avoid applying the seal to artificial teeth or non-gypsum surfaces.
- Pack the heat-cure acrylic resin into the mould following standard laboratory procedures.
- Process, cure, and deflask the denture as recommended.
- Clean the mould and close the container tightly after use.
