Directions for Use

Setup

• Ensure the ultrasonic cleaner tank is filled with clean water to the manufacturer’s recommended fill level
• Optionally add a small amount of surfactant or ultrasonic cleaning solution to the water bath to improve cavitation transmission
• Do not fill the water bath above the maximum fill line

Beaker Preparation

• Place the beaker holder platform on top of the ultrasonic cleaner opening
• Attach the suspension ring collar to the beaker at the appropriate position
• Fill the glass beaker with the chosen cleaning solvent (isopropyl alcohol, ultrasonic cleaning solution, enzymatic cleaner, or other suitable liquid) to the desired level
• Verify the solvent level in the beaker is sufficient to cover the items being cleaned

Item Loading

• Place the instruments, burs, endodontic files, or small parts to be cleaned into the beaker
• Ensure items are fully submerged in the solvent
• Do not overload the beaker — items should be spaced for solvent circulation

Beaker Positioning

• Lower the loaded beaker into the tank through the holder platform opening
• The suspension ring collar should rest on the holder, keeping the beaker at the correct depth
• Verify the beaker is stable and suspended in the water bath without touching the tank bottom

Cleaning Cycle

• Set the ultrasonic cleaner to the desired timer setting per the cleaning requirement
• Start the ultrasonic cleaning cycle
• The ultrasonic waves transmit through the water bath, into the beaker, and cavitate the solvent inside
• Cleaning proceeds within the beaker without direct contact between the solvent and the ultrasonic tank

Post-Cleaning

• Turn off the ultrasonic cleaner at the end of the cycle

• Rinse the cleaned items with distilled water or an appropriate rinse solution
• Dry the items thoroughly before storage or further use
• Empty the used solvent from the beaker per the applicable disposal guidelines

Care and Maintenance

• Inspect the beaker for any cracks or chips before reuse — replace if damaged
• Clean the plastic holder assembly with mild detergent and water
