Directions for Use

Setup

• Ensure the ultrasonic cleaner tank is filled with clean water to the recommended fill level
• Optionally add a small amount of surfactant or ultrasonic cleaning solution to the water bath to improve cavitation transmission through the beaker wall
• Do not fill the water bath above the maximum fill line

Beaker Preparation

• Fill the stainless steel beaker with the chosen cleaning solvent (isopropyl alcohol, degreaser, ultrasonic cleaning solution, enzymatic cleaner, or appropriate acidic cleaner)
• Fill to a level sufficient to fully submerge the items being cleaned
• Leave adequate headroom below the rim to prevent overflow during cavitation

Item Loading

• Place the dental burs, endodontic files, small instruments, or precision parts into the beaker
• Ensure items are fully submerged in the solvent
• Do not overload the beaker — items should be spaced for adequate solvent circulation

Beaker Positioning

• Place the transparent lid over the beaker to control evaporation and splashing
• Lower the loaded beaker carefully into the ultrasonic tank’s water bath
• Position it so the lower portion of the beaker is submerged in the water bath for effective ultrasonic wave transmission
• Ensure the beaker is stable and does not touch the tank sides or bottom during operation

Cleaning Cycle

• Set the ultrasonic cleaner to the desired timer setting per the cleaning requirement
• Start the ultrasonic cleaning cycle
• Ultrasonic waves transmit through the water bath, into the stainless steel wall, and cavitate the solvent inside the beaker
• Cleaning proceeds within the beaker without direct contact between the solvent and the ultrasonic tank

Post-Cleaning

• Turn off the ultrasonic cleaner at the end of the cycle
• Carefully remove the beaker using the central lid grip
• Remove the lid and inspect the cleaning result
• Rinse the cleaned items with distilled water or an appropriate rinse solution
• Dry the items thoroughly before storage or further use
• Empty the used solvent from the beaker per applicable disposal guidelines

Care and Maintenance

• Rinse the stainless steel beaker thoroughly with clean water after each use
• Inspect for any signs of pitting or corrosion — replace if compromised
• Clean the transparent lid with mild detergent and water; do not use abrasive scrubbers on the lid
• Store the beaker and lid in a clean dry location
• Empty and refill the ultrasonic tank water regularly per the machine’s maintenance schedule
