This kit follows a two-step polishing process—starting with the blue diamond polisher for pre-polishing to smoothen the surface and eliminate minor irregularities, followed by the yellow diamond polisher to achieve a high-gloss, mirror-like shine. It eliminates the need for additional glaze or polishing paste. Polished zirconia is not only more aesthetic but also kinder to opposing teeth than glazed surfaces. Operates best at 10,000–15,000 RPM (max 20,000 RPM), ensuring safe and effective use in clinical practice. Suitable for chairside and lab-side use.

Directions for Use
Preparation
- Ensure the zirconia inlay or veneer is properly fitted and cleaned before polishing.
Step 1 – Pre-Polishing (Blue Diamond Polisher)
- Attach the blue diamond polisher to a handpiece (HP shank).
- Operate at a speed of 10,000–15,000 RPM.
- Gently polish the surface to remove minor irregularities and create a smooth base.
Step 2 – High-Shine Polishing (Yellow Diamond Polisher)
- Switch to the yellow diamond polisher for the final polishing.
- Maintain the same RPM range (up to a max of 20,000 RPM).
- Apply light pressure and polish until a high-gloss, mirror-like finish is achieved.
Final Check
- Inspect the restoration for uniform shine and smoothness.
- No additional glaze or paste is required.
