Woodpecker Ultra Surgery X is a piezo surgical unit to perform safe and precise dental osteotomy surgical procedures. The force needed by surgeons to cut hard tissue is much less compared to a drill. One of the standout features of this Ultra Surgery X unit is its unparalleled precision in cutting, guaranteeing no harm to delicate soft tissues such as blood vessels and mucous membranes. Equipped with two LED handpieces featuring the latest sealing technology, this unit offers uncompromised performance throughout surgical interventions. Directions for Use

• Power Connection: Ensure the mains voltage is within the range of 100-240V. Connect the power cord to the unit and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
• Handpiece Assembly: Attach the LED handpiece to the unit using the latest sealing technology to ensure optimal performance. Ensure a secure connection between the handpiece and the unit.
• Tip Selection: Choose the appropriate tip from the set of 14 versatile tips based on the desired procedure. Select a tip that suits the density of the bone or tissue being operated on.
• Mode Selection: Use the clear 7-inch touchscreen display to select the desired working mode. The available modes are:

• • Cutting Mode: Use this mode for precise cutting of bone during osteotomy procedures.
  • Periodontal Mode: Select this mode for periodontal procedures such as gum surgery.
  • Endodontic Mode: Choose this mode for endodontic procedures like retrograde endo or apicoectomy.
  • Cleaning Mode: Activate this mode after each treatment to clean the pump line and handpiece. This ensures proper hygiene and maintenance.
• Power Level Adjustment: The power level is divided into seven classes. Adjust the power level based on the density of the bone or tissue being operated on. Refer to the power level guide:

• • Power 6,7: Suitable for very high-density bone.
  • Power 5,4: Recommended for high-density bone.
  • Power 3,2: Ideal for low-density bone.
  • Power 1,0: Designed for very low-density bone.
• Water Flow Adjustment: Use the adjustable water flow feature to control the amount of water used during the procedure. The flow can be set between 25 to 110ml/min. Adjust the flow according to the surgical requirements.
• Vibration Amplitude Adjustment: Depending on the desired effect, adjust the vibration amplitude of the tip between 20 to 100µm. This allows for precise and controlled cutting.
• Surgical Procedure: Follow the established surgical protocol for the specific procedure being performed. Use the Ultra Surgery X unit with the selected tip, ensuring precise and gentle cutting while protecting surrounding soft tissues.
• Foot Control: Utilize the multifunctional foot control for aseptic operation. The foot control simplifies operation procedures, allowing for precise adjustments without compromising sterility.
• Intermittent Running: The unit features an intermittent running device that pauses for 10 seconds after 60 seconds of operation. This allows for controlled and efficient surgical interventions.
